António Ferreira and Beatriz Álvares are my ancestors.
Their son Simão is my link to them.

Sure, we can exchange info in private. My line passes through numerous freguesias until it reaches my avô who moved to CA. It takes 13 generations from me to reach António Ferreira and Beatriz Álvares.

I see you told John your link is through their son Pedro Ferreira de Aguiar. I didn't yet look for all children, but I think Pedro was the youngest and Simão was the eldest. But since I only found three of the baptisms so far, I could be wrong about that.

He was not always listed with his full name of António Ferreira de Aguiar, such as when he married. But that's common.

I decided to change the subject, because Help, Help, Help doesn't really reflect this topic.

I descend from Andre X Maria's child:  Beatris Alves  (my 7013).

Belfarto and Ribeira da Areia are the two lugars here.

My line is from Simao. Which of their children is your line?

I see you cc'd Danny Bertao. I didn't notice these also his ancestors. I'll have to look more closely.

Hello Everyone:  I need some help in trying to read a marriage on 3 Feb 1613, in Santa Cruz, Praia da Victoria, Terceira, Azores.  I tried to scan and email it to all on the list, but it came out too dark.
