Finally found the baptismal record of Adelaide Augusta Andrade born December 21, 1868. She was the daughter of Jose Silveira d'Andrade and wife Luiza da Gloria Garcia. Paternal grandparents were Antonio Silveira d'Azevedo and Abaria Luiza and the maternal grandparents were Francisco Garcia Duarte and wife Laurenna Florinda.
