Margaret , you said that this name, Tremolinho, identifies a specific family group in Relva and sent me the link of another person from Relva, also a de Souza Tremolinho. So, If I didn't know what you shared, I would hesitantly enter the last name as De Souza Tremolinho. (?). But it's not really the last name, right? It only identifies the person as a member of a particular De Souza family(!) I'm not sure how to enter the ancestor, Manoel De Souza Tremolinho in the data base on the LDS/Family Tree. Also, would you shed any more light on why they used the name Tremolinho to identify a Souza family group? Its first time I've seem this. You seemed to know this right away. maybe you've researched it or it's common knowledge. I've been on the internet trying to find something on Google but haven't found anything.
