Thanks Nancy for posting this article although this is not that new (2008) it is relevant to what many of us are finding through DNA testing. My mystery is where did my Grandmothers L2a Haplogroup come from. Was it as a slave from Africa or the Moorish conquest. I am afraid the paper trail may run out. My FF population finder also shows 8% mixture from north Africa around to the middle east (including Jewish).
