Hello, does anybody know the names of the people that came to Northeast of Brazil from Azores in the centuries XVI, XVII and XVIII? Because, I need to find the name of my ancestor in my mothers line that came to Brazil. Ive got an exact match in mtDNA FMS from Azores. My ancestors were to contryside of Paraiba State and Rio Grnde do Norte State, but before I think that they arrived in Pernambuco and/or Bahia States, 300 years ago or more.
