Two of my ancestors went to Brazil (probably São Paulo) after 1865.
Salão Benarus Seriqui (born 1850 in Morocco and who later lived in Lisbon) and
David Benarus Seriqui (born ~1850 in Morocco) whom we know almost nothing
about.  He also used the name David Seriqui Benarus.  Both would have left from
Terceira where they lived at the time.
Would the book you have show anything about them?
Many thanks for looking!

I have a book about the various Portuguese colonies with a map of Brazil with
names of Portuguese people who settled in various parts of Brasil in the
1600's. If you can provide some surnames or names of your ancestors, I could
see if there are any common names that could match your ancestors.
