I agree it is a huge help. My copy which was published from the LDS is dog eared and taped up I think I got it in 1992. Next to my copy of Guill I would be lost without it. In it, it has a list of Surnames and also a list of Given names. I’ve found it invaluable in figuring out names when I’m stumped!
