I have been trying for weeks to get some information on my great grandparents that came to Hawaii from Portugal in 1883 yet when I look for their names on the passenger lists they aren't there? I'm not sure where in Portugal they are from as the census only states Portugal. Julia and Antonio Castro were married in 1879. I got this information from the 1900 Census. I do not know where to go from here and would appreciate any input from anyone. Their son, Antone Castro, is my father's father (1885-1964).
