Actually the next two records are the 13th. Looking at it the again I say it is the 7th.

Quatro should have the q dangling below the line. So I would put 7 Feb in my genealogy program and make a note saying it's before the 13th and hard to read. Has anyone tried the yellow transparency trick on their computer screen? We used to use the goldenrod paper on the microfilm readers to make a contrast of sorts. That yellow-gold color worked best. I have a yellowish gold transparency somewhere!
