Steve, et al; After trying again unsuccessfully to access the records of this book online, I clicked on the “learn more” link regarding copyright laws/rules. I think my problem lies in the fact that I am currently in Mexico. We’ll be heading back “up north” in a few weeks and I’ll try again then…..
