Eliseu, That is an interesting list of names. I am familiar with a few of these. I used to think it was the Portuguese Hawaiians who came up with the strange name variations (Flamana and Zulumina, for instance). That was until I really got into the Azorean records.
The longer I research, the more I come up with names I've never come across. Recently, it was Pulqueira and Agada. I have seen two Agada's in Achada, Nordeste now. Thanks for sharing!
