There are several ways of doing this, but the easiest is to copy the entire
image. Once you have the image up that contains the record you want, simply
right-mouse click on it, bringing up a menu of options. One option should be
something like "Save picture as ..."......That is the one you want. From there,
you can name the image and choose where to put it on your computer. This is a
generic solution. Depending on your computer's configuration, you may have
other options that include sending the image to OneNote, doing screenshots, or
using another program to crop the image. Personally, I like to save the entire
page the image is on. It helps, sometimes, to see examples of the handwriting
on the other records if I'm in doubt about something in my record.
