The blue note (2) says the marriage was dissolved by the death of his wife, Angelica Francisca da Silveira on desaseis (16) January 1963. So Angelica died 16 Jan 1963. Death book of 1963, record 14. Then it says 24 Sept 1971. Maybe that's when they wrote the blue note? 3) Died in this freguesia, of Praia do Norte on the 12. Record 109 of today. 20 April 1976 So I'd guess he died 12 April 1976.
