Eliseu, I wanted to add something I came across tonight in my notes. Manoel Rebello and Maria Soares had a dau Jozepha born 26 Apr 1722 and bapt. 30 Apr 1722 in Achada. Manoel is listed as being a native of Maia and Jozepha a native of Achada. The godparents were Antonio de Costa Carneiro and his wife Thereza da Rocha natives of Maia. I know we discussed in another thread Costa Carneiro and there seemed to be two distinct family groups. Do you happen to have any info. on Antono & Thereza of Maia? I am wondering if they might be related to Manoel Rebello since his brother was Tomaz Costa Carneiro.
