Hi Maria, I don't think you should be looking for a shipwreck per se. The translation is incorrect. It should read, "*sank a boat from this Parish* in which died.....". The words were "naufragou um barco desta freguesia em que morreram...". A *barco* is a small vessel not a ship. Those men must have been all fishermen.
