No Catharina. It is not uncommon to adopt alternate names to distinguish people from each other, or to simply adopt it as way of honoring one's ancestors. It is also not uncommon to stop using alternate names. The name could come from a parent or grandparent or even a Saint or place, such as Santa Catharina. Since you already know what names agree with this record, these are likely your ancestors, particularly if the time frame is correct. Manoel Francisco may be common, but not Teresa Felicia.
I think the date is Sept 27, 1842. To get a better handle on determining the correct date, look at the previous page, it is clearly 1842, while the record that follows is January 12, 1843. Note that if you are expecting a date in the 1820's, then this not likely the people you are looking for.
