Monica,

There is no place in the Azores named "Seven cities."  There is a freguesia
on Sao Miguel island called Sete Cidades.  That freguesia was part of
another freguesia until rather recently (within the past 100 years).
Someone who researches in the council (concelho)/county of Ponta Delgada
can tell you what freguesia it was part of before becoming its own
independent freguesia.  My book with those notes is still in storage.
