I believe that we've had this question before in this group; the church in "Sete Cidades" is Sao Nicolau, but no records have been filmed for that parish; records for early church events (baptisms/baptismos, marriages/casamentos, and deaths/obitos, for the people of that area were likely celebrated at a neighboring parish such as Nossa Senhora das Candeis, in Candelaria (LDS:1551-1879); *or*, Sao Sebastiao, in Ginetes (LDS: 1576-1879). More recent records (to about 1905) are available for both of these parishes on the CCA website which you may be more familiar with.
