Through postings made here back in August of 2013, I found out about 
etombo.com, and tombopt.  From there I was able to find the actual 
photocopy of my grandfather's passport, which was in the Braganca District 
Archives.  I was thrilled to say the least!  I will check out this new link 
for Porto.
