It depends when the naturalization took place and where. If it was before WW II then It will be in the Mass Archives near the JFK Library . They are accessible there as that is where I went to get copies of my Grandparents naturalization paper work. If the naturalization was done in a federal court is will be at the National Archives in Waltham, MA.
