In order, left to right: - Dates (year, month, day) - Passport number - Names - Marital status - Profession - Age - "sinaes caracteristicos" Unique charactristics (height, face, hair, "sob-olhos" lit. under the eyes, eyes, nose, mouth, colour). "sob-olhos" threw me for a loop, what is so unique about one's lower lid ? - Destination - Others traveling with - Places of birth (islands, councils, vilages) - for vilages read also Parishes - Ability to write (male, female) - Ship's name - Obsevations Had a quick look at others from previuos years and the order is not exactly the same!
