The rule (if there is one) was that the records were sent from the Civil
Registry every 5 years or so in years divisible by 5.. In 2010, the archive
should have received the books from 1905 to 1910. Most seemed to have sent
through 1911, since that is when the government took over. So if they
follow the "rule" the archives should receive the books from 1912 to 1915
in the beginning of next year.  Then in 2020, they should get books from
1916 - 1920.

As to the plans for scanning and putting them online, who knows.
