Ralph, No you are not a member of the Azores DNA project.
Family Tree DNA is a testing company that can run different types of DNA tests for genealogy. They are the only company that has projects run by administrators (all volunteers). There is no cost to join any project at FTDNA. Log into your kit. Across the top, you will see some words. One of them is Projects. Point at Projects. When the drop down appears, left click (once) "Join A Project." If Azores Islands, Port is not a suggested project, scroll down to the middle where it says "Search for a Surname." Type in Azores. When Azores Islands, Port, appears, click on the link. Follow the instructions to the JOIN button at the end.
