HI Eaim,

The Azorean government has digitized and made available the records of all
9 islands up to about 1910-1911 or so. It's called the Centro de
Conhecimento dos Acores, or CCA for short. Their web site has no English
interface and is a little cumbersome to use. Many of us use tombo.pt as a
portal to the CCA. He has a British flag to make navigation easier and
links right back to the CCA.
tombo.pt
English: http://tombo.pt/en
Stay in the left navigation pane and drill down, or here's the direct link:
http://tombo.pt/en/f/vls04

You should also consider testing your DNA. The Sizzling Summer Sale should
be in June or July.

Happy hunting!
