Jessica, You need to go to Kathy Cardoza's site: AzoresGenWeb and download the map of Terceira and below if you scroll down you will see all the villages and church names. Everyone needs to do this everytime they search a new Island. Kathy has gone to a lot of trouble to help us in this way we all need to use it!
