In Terceira, Ribeira Seca is (as said Helen) beetween São Sebastião and Fonte
Bastardo.No XVI to XVIII centuries, Ribeira Seca was in Fonte Bastardo to the
adminstratives problems. Now is in the circumspection of São Sebastião. But, to
the parish, all the people went to São Sebastião, all the time (batism,
marriage and obit). Ther is a little chapel founded by Gaspar Machado da
Ribeira Seca no XVI century. But, no parish records. The records are in São
Sebastião.
If you send the parents of Maria Felicia (and some date), perhaps I can help

I am trying to figure out where Manuel's mother is from. His baptism (bottom
left) lists his mother Maria Felicia from Ribeira Seca? I know it's in Terceira
but that isn't a freguesia is it? And if it is a freguesia it doesn't have
church books?
