Nancy Jean, I have dual citizenship I was born in S. Miguel Lost my Portuguese citizenship when I became a US citizen I regained my Portuguese citizenship when one year I decided to take my old B.I. ( Bilhete de Identidade ) and got a new one After w/the new B.I. in hand got a Portuguese passport Now I have the new ( Cartão de Cidadão ) Citizen Card
