Serreta is in the council of Angra. As for these recent records, I'm not sure of their rules. They may give you the 1954 record if you are named in that record. Maybe they have a rule about the record needs to be so many years old. I believe Margaret Vicente posted a link last week to a site to order recent vital records. Maybe she will be gracious enough to repost it. Read it carefully to make sure your request is within their rules and regulations. Every country is now concerned about invasion of privacy. Cheri
