If I am understanding this correctly the baptism is recorded in the record
above the one you refer to and the lower record declares the parents of a
child that was an exposto. This seems confusing; maybe some of the writing
after the grandparents name explains the situation further, but it is
beyond my ability to read Portuguese.

The record above the one you refer to is for an exposta named Balbina. I
do not see a date of birth, but the baptism date is 30 March 1807 and I
think the padrinho is the Cura of the church, Jose Ignacio Raposo.

The record you refer to declares the parents of the child in that above
baptism, which would explain the lack of dates in the lower entry. I see
the parents as you do, Manuel Pereira and Antonia Vicencia (de Jesus). He
is from Mosteiros and she from Bretanha.

Paternal grandparents I see as Francisco Pereira Tavares and Anna dos Reis
from Mosteiros (Anna's name is squeezed between lines).

Maternal grandparents I see as Antonio dos Reis from Mosteiros and Maria
Pereira from Bretanha.

I hope this helps.
