I will add that at the bottom the priest says that this was declared to him by the father of the baby and that he intends to marry the mother. They are trying to get a dispensation because of second degree consanguinity "mixto". I'm not sure if the "mixto" might mean they are related by both paternal and maternal lines. MNK
