I can read the parents names and grand parents. The grandparents names I believe. Jose Dutra de Andrade and Inacia Maria. It looks like it says they are paternal but they should be listed as maternal grand parents. Or perhaps I am translating the words before Jose's name completely wrong. I also can't read the year, can anyone make it out?
