Hi, I transferred my Ancestry DNA test to FTDNA. I also sent a request to join your project, I'd love to match with someone in the group. I was born in Terceira as were the majority of my ancestors with the exception of my paternal grandfathers line which came from Graciosa.
I'm wondering which product you recommend that I purchase & will it work with the Ancestry DNA or will I have to do the DNA testing again. I have been a member of this group for a while now & have learned quite a bit... I don't participate because I'm actually new at genealogy but I enjoy it & wish I had more time to devote to it.
