Forgive me please, I can interpret most of this record but need help with a few things.

I got lost after line 11. Were the grandparents from Canada? Would someone be willing to translate this for me so I can follow this line? I pick it back up with the godparents but am not sure if it is saying both sets of grandparents are residents of Canada or if it lists the parish there? I really appreciate any help.
