Liz, According to Maria Norberta Amorim's book, the date is 2 March 1755. The parents are Joaquim Silveira Bettencourt and Antonia Maria Silveira. I could not verify these names because the view screen on my phone isn't good enough. But, these names seem reasonable from what I can observe.
