Interesting problem. First it seems too similar to be different Ritas, even with the second record having the name Victorina added on in the Santo Antao baptism since the Topo baptism has Rita's maternal grandmother using Victorina. Then I come back to that they must not be the same since Silva and Silveira are different names. Either the priest was mistaken on one record or the other (so only Silva or Silveira are correct) or there were two couples with very similar names in Topo at the time. It probably doesn't contribute to either argument, but there is one word in the Topo baptism I can't make out. It is the small word between Roza Victorina and Solteira.
Just to add confusion, the Santo Antao baptism gives maternal grandparents and Manuel Joaquim da Silva and MARGARIDA Rosa Victorina. It then list the godparents as the maternal grandfather, Manuel Joaquin da Silva and his wife (a mulher de ele) PHILOMENA Rosa Victorina.
