It is the marriage Alferes Costodio Jose Monteiro (father of the above padrinho) to Donna Luiza Roza, who may be a sister to the bride above. Her father's name is given as Ignacio de Souza Tavares (same as the father of Antonio's mother above) and her mother is Donna Semianna Francisca (above record says Semianna Rosa). I had never seen the name Semianna before, but this record seems to confirm it, provided Semianna Roza and Semianna Francisca, both married to Ignacio de Souza Tavares, are the same person. I also see in online searches that the name Semiana was used in Brazil.
