My Great Grandfather (Joseph Charles Ropozle DOB 1874) and his wife (Mary Ropozle nee Sanchez DOB 1876) were born in the Azores and immigrated to the US in 1891. I'm wondering how I can verify family details in the Azores? His father was named Charles Ropozle and he was born in 1852.
