I don't thin it says "monteiro", but rather "testementeiro" (the executor
of a will). It says she made an open testament (testemente aberto) that
names João Silveira d'Utra, with whom she was married (com quem fora
cazada) as executor, and in the second place her son-in-law Antonio
Silveira Peixoto.

I have never noticed language like this before, but I am guessing that an
open testament is one that does not dictate final disposition so can
be dictated or changed by the executor. This executor is João, to whom
she was married. In the second place is her son-in-law (I'm am guessing
that this means if João is unable to finalize disposition, Antonio does it).

Perhaps someone better with the Portuguese language or knowledge of wills
and testaments can correct or clarify.
