Hi, my name is Laura and I have just joined your group. I am researching many branches of my family tree but right now I am focusing on the Cabral side of the family. My great grandfather was Jacintho Cabral, b: Feb1852 in San Miguel. He was married to a Rose de Mello, they had two sons, Manuel and Joseph. He then married Amelia (Emma) Barbosa, May 10,1894 in Oakland, Calif., they had eight children. Jacintho died June 19, 1912, in Oakland Calif. I have not been able to find any information from before he came to America. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you.
