I have question regarding the proper way to document an individual's name when it is different in various records? For example:
Baptismal record: Jose Marriage record: Jose Pacheco Coelho His children's baptismal records: Jose Pacheco or Jose Pacheco Coelho His grandchildren's baptismal records: Jose Pacheco Should I include the various surnames in the last name field or as a middle name or pick one and list the others in the notes section?
