I'm now 99% sure the year is 1942. I think "2" because of the goofy "d" in "dois" and I compared that to his "d" in "individuo." Or that "duo" part on the end. And I can see what I really believe is "renta" and I think that mess the line before is "qua." I'll look again when I have daylight coming through the window. It helps me read better.
