I believe the entries on the margins were added later to make finding 
records easier.  If you notice the print on margins is darker.  He might 
have looked at the record quickly and seen "Sebastiao" and thought it was 
for her.  I have seen errors like these before where the names on margins 
were either wrong or crossed out and re-written.
