Hello David,

After many years of no progress, I've only recently had a few breakthroughs
and was able to determine which island my gg grandfather came from. I'm
still very new to Azores research and I am having a little trouble reading
scanned documents in Portuguese. Many of the names and locations you
mention seem close to the names and locations I have found so far. I'll
keep at it. We could be distant cousins.
