Sorry, if I should not post this here as my husband is not of Portuguese descent but he married one :-) I received an email from a male who matches my husband as 2-4 cousins. He is adopted. He was adopted in a State that I have not found in my husband's lineage but who knows if one or more might have settled there. Since I am not knowledgeable at this DNA stuff​, is there any way I can help him?
