Francisco [Jose da Terra] baptism

BIRTH 17 MAY 1864 • Cabo da Praia, Terceira, Azores, Portugal
DEATH Unknown

Francisco's father is incognito. He was born 17 May 1864 to Isabel
d'Ascencao, soliteira.

I need help with the *17th & 18th lines*...Specifically, I need help with
the materna. I cannot understand what I see: it looks like Jose Coelho
and then the next word seems to start at the end of the line and finishes
on the next line. I can't tell if it is a third name or not. The letters
just before "e de Catharina Luiza" seem to be "siro"?
  Padrinhos: Francisco and Delfina, Solteiros.

And then there is the *margin note* I need help with:

I believe I get the gist of it as this: Francisco was recognized by his
father Francisco Jose Terra on the 22nd of July, 1884. (both son and
father have the same name)

Isabel Victorina is named in the margin and so is Isabel d'Ascencao, who is
also named in the baptism as the mother of Francisco.

Then the date of 25 November 1886 is the recorded date?.

I am wondering what is being said about the two women. Is Francisco now
married to Isabel Victorina, but Isabel d'Ascencao and Francisco Jose Terra
are the parents of Francisco?

I need help with the meaning.

Obrigado!!
