Hi Katie, It sounds like you are on the right track. The person that performed the marriage is a Priest, so a record at the church should give more information on the marriage. You should request any and all information on that record from the church which may give you more information than you have presently. If you can find a record that names the parish/village in Madeira, The address for the Priest is given so that should help figuring out the name of the parish.
Lucky for you are dealing with two not so common names Urbana and Julio and not Maria and Manuel. I'm new to this research and what my parents, aunts and uncles know is very limited as no one talked much about it back in their days and their parents passed young.
