Hello Cheri, I wanted to find out from you if it is worthwhile ordering a Y-DNA test for myself to help find out more about who my great-great grandfather was on my paternal line. I already ordered an submitted a Y-DNA test on behalf of my paternal grandfather to try to figure this out. Would having a Y-DNA test for myself help to solve this mystery or no? Basically, I'm asking are two paternal tests on the same line better than one?
If I do order a YDNA test, would I receive my own kit number?
