Thanks for the feedback. I think at times I get so wrapped up in just finding the parents info that I miss the big picture. Also my limited ability to read the records limits my interpretation/comprehension of the record. That’s why I little to look at the records again several weeks later. I do not know if it is a fresh look or that I have gain additional skills but I sometimes I find more info than I originally had gathered. It is interesting that the groom remarries shortly after this and thus the bride must have died. Maybe that is why the priest wanted to extend a special blessing when he could. Maybe they were struggling to survive? Maybe she was in bad health? Interesting. I need to look for her death record and childrens’ birth records.
