I think I found them. There must have been a name change somewhere along 
the line. Everything matches except first name Seraphim. It reads 
Constantino Cordeira and Escolastica de Jesus form Feteiras, Ponta Delgada, 
Sao Miguel.

Jesus, who are married and natives of Feteiras, Ponta Delgada, under one 
passport  N0- 1805
