Rick, Here's what I see:
Padrinhos, Jose de Viveiros filho familias de Jose Fernandes de Frias desta Freguesia e Simiana de Viveiros moradora nesta mesma freguesia filha de Sebastiao de Frias, fregues de S. Antonio. Godparents: Jose de Viveiros, son of Jose Fernandes de Frias of this Parish and Simiana de Viveiros, residing in this one, daughter of Sebastiao de Frias, parishioner of S. Antonio. FYI; the term filho (a) familias translation should be son or daughter of XYZ if you want to be exact then the best I can think of is "dependent son/daughter" because translating it as son of the family of XYZ, doesn't say who the father/mother is, but rather the son/daughter of that family.
